1. Introduction

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.

3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via our elected payment gateway partners or arrangements via email for eft payments. 

4. Delivery & Shipping

We aim to have all our orders delivered at your nominated destination within 3-4 business days after stock is released from dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping fees are fixed at R120.00

5. Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for more info.

6. Warranty & Support
Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to individual product listings or contact us for support and warranty queries.

7. Limitation of Liability
Meyertech Gaming  is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any products purchased.

8. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
