Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging.

2. Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@meyertech.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Software or digital downloads

Clearance/marked-down items

Opened consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning products)

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please email us if you'd like to swap an item.
