Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
We aim to have your order arrive at your nominated destination within 3-4 business days after stock is released from dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We ship within South Africa. Standard delivery may vary depending on your location. Rural or outlying areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are fixed at R120.00. Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount or during promotional periods — details will be shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress.

5. Delays or Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, courier delays can occasionally occur. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@meyertech.co.za for assistance.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours so we can log a claim with the courier.
